Return Policy

You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased at hauteborn.com for store credit within 20 days (10 days in the case of jewelry) of the order date (See Exceptions Below). You must call for return authorization before shipping any products back. Items received without return authorization are ineligible for full refund. Items received in a damaged or un-saleable condition may be donated or destroyed and are ineligible for refund.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will equal the actual charged shipping rate or in the case of free shipping promotion a fee equal to 10% of your order (whichever is greater). Gift wrapping and ice-packing are often additional costs that may not be charged on the original invoice but our cost for these items will be deducted from any refund due as a result of the return of the order. Opened items are not eligible for returns.

Free promotional items included with original shipment must be included along with the returned product to avoid a deduction for the cost of the promotion. Promotional items included with your order are a free give-a-way and are provided based upon availability. We reserve the right to substitute a promotional item if we are out of stock of the stated promotion. Returns will not be accepted based upon particular promotions being unavailable.

If the return is due to our error or if the item is proven defective we will pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@hauteborn.com for a return shipping label in these cases.

We will provide a store credit to you within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Sale items and special orders are final and are not eligible for return. Items returned without notification or returns of special orders will incur a 10% re-stocking and handling fee as we re-order merchandise to replenish sold inventory.
